Hello! Welcome to John-VK General Traders

John-VK General Traders is a private Company that was incorporated in 2015 in Uganda operating in General Businesses which helped it to do business in different sectors in Uganda. Its market target is Uganda and all east African Countries.

The Company was founded by Mr. Katongole John Tebesigwa and its registered members of Agriculture and Trade Promotion Alliance Uganda (AGTRADE).

Objectives

• To promote the quality and quantity of coffee production through using modern equipment.
• To promote the quality and quantity of Milk and Meat production through using modern equipment.
• To be the leading exporter of Mangos, milk, Meat and Coffee beans in Uganda.
• To continuously build capacity among all coffee farmers to implement environmentally friendly farming practices in the region.
• To support farmers in the region through every step of the value chain by providing improved seedlings, animal breed, genuine agro-inputs, training on good agricultural practices.
• To have quality styling products from genuine producers from the world in the Beauty sec

What We Do

We have Coffee farm on 20 arces of Robusta Coffee and this after harvesting it dried and sold locally to the coffee processing companies in Uganda and East Africa. We are looking forward on starting our processing plant so that we can improve on the quality of coffee before selling, which will also attract better prices.   We do cattle and Goat roaring also at a large scale. We have more than 100 cattle and 60 goats and more at our farm, we rear different types of breeds both Local and others breeds. Friesian cows for mostly Milk production and others for meat production for commercial Purposes. We sale our cattle and goat products locally and International. We also get manures from the rearing and this is used in the coffee and Mango Plantations.   We have more than 80 arces for mango plantations, the Government of Uganda through their programs such as NAADS which was carried out every in the way to improve live hood of its people to produce for commercial, We managed to secure the tree seedlings, and this has helped us to expand our farm time after time.

We buy equipment like Tractors, Soil cultivation, Planting, Fertilizers and pesticides dispenser, Irrigation systems, Produce sorter, Harvesting / post-harvest processing, Hand harvesting, Hand hay tool, Milking and Animal Feeding equipment.   We sell those locally and also Export them to DRC, South Sudan and the surrounding East African countries. Most important is that we also use some of these equipment in our farm and has helped us to increase on our Quality and Quantities.

we haves managed to excel in the beauty and cosmetics business in Uganda. We do importation and exportation of these products. We sale locally in Uganda and export to South Sudan, Rwanda, Burundi and Tanzania. We are looking forward to cover the whole East Africa and Africa at large. We deal in very many beauty products such as Nail and Hair products
  • Growing of Coffee
